Project scope
Project scope is agreed on before work begins (pages, features, design direction, and timeline). Requests outside the agreed scope may require additional cost and time.
Client responsibilities
- Provide needed content (text, images, logos) and feedback in a timely manner.
- Confirm approvals and requested changes clearly.
- Ensure you have rights to any content you provide.
Payments
- Pricing is shown on the pricing page or provided as a custom quote.
- Payment terms (deposit / milestones / final payment) are agreed before the project starts.
- Work may pause if payment is not received as agreed.
Revisions
Revision rounds depend on your selected package or agreed quote. Additional revisions beyond the included scope may be billed.
Timelines
Timelines depend on project size and responsiveness. Delays in receiving content or feedback can shift delivery dates.
Launch and hosting
If you use your own hosting platform, you are responsible for your hosting account, domain settings, and any ongoing platform fees (unless otherwise agreed in writing).
Refunds and cancellations
If a project is cancelled after work has started, payments already made generally cover time and work completed. Refunds, if any, are handled case-by-case based on completed work.
Limitation of liability
Built by Noah is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Website performance can be affected by third-party services, hosting providers, plugins, or platform changes.
