Payments

Refunds and Cancellations

Deposits and payments are generally non-refundable once work has begun, as they secure project time and cover work already completed. If a project is canceled before work begins, any deposit paid may be refunded at Built by Noah's discretion, less any costs already incurred. Specific refund terms for a given project will be outlined in the project agreement.

Revisions and Changes

Reasonable revisions may be included depending on the project agreement. Additional requests, expanded scope, or major changes after approval may require additional time and cost.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Built by Noah retains ownership of original concepts, code, drafts, and design work until full payment has been received. Final ownership and usage rights for completed work will be defined by the project agreement.

Third-Party Services

Projects may involve third-party platforms, tools, hosting providers, plugins, domains, or integrations. Built by Noah is not responsible for outages, policy changes, pricing changes, or issues caused by third-party services outside direct control.

Drone Services

Drone photography and videography services are subject to these same Terms of Service in addition to any project-specific agreement. All drone operations are conducted in accordance with applicable FAA regulations. Built by Noah is not responsible for weather delays, airspace restrictions, or other factors outside direct control that may affect scheduling or deliverables.

Limitation of Liability

Built by Noah is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to the use of this website or services, including but not limited to lost business, lost profits, lost data, or service interruptions.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms or the services provided will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Virginia.
